Project Design Focuses on the Following Aspects

Toll Station Monitoring

HD/SD network camera is adopted to upload the video, audio, alarm and a variety of low speed data signals to the toll station control room in the form of star, chain or ring network by comprehensive business UTN cable transmission network. The storage and transmission of video are finished in the room, and real-time image browsing and control can be operated by video workstations.

Tunnel Monitoring

The ring network optical fiber of the tunnel transmits the video images and related monitoring data of the fixed camera and dome camera to the management office by comprehensive business UTN cable transmission network. HD-SDI digital non-compressed HD system can directly transmit the video images of dome camera and related monitoring data to the monitoring sub-center if specially required. The storage and transmission of video is mainly finished in the office, and real-time image browsing and control can be operated by video workstations.

Project Design Focuses on the Following Aspects

The system realizes the access, transmission, exchange, storage and management of video, audio, alarm and various low speed data signals. The transmission adopts 1.25G fiber self-healing ring network and combines with TDM time-slot controlling technology to solve the network congestion thoroughly and ensure the real-time, reliability and safety of transmission. The entire network only needs to have a module/digital-to-analogue conversion, which will not result in the degradation of video quality due to the multi-level cascading of the system, meeting the needs of multi-level network monitoring of highway.

Comprehensive business UTN cable transmission network can provide up to 40M exclusive bandwidth for per video, meeting the requirements of 1080p, 1080i and 720p HD digital video transmission bandwidth. Fiber resources can be saved and single fiber can support 24 nodes and 96 HD /standard video access. A digital non-compressed HD system can be deployed for the high quality monitoring points, including the HD-SDI digital non-compressed HD camera, optical converter and switching matrix .

It supports 1080p, 1080i and 720p HD digital video encoding and decoding functions, which can provide multiple HD interfaces, including HD-SDI, HDMI, DVI and YPbPr. Distributed deployment and centralized management storage mode will be adopted to support multiple storage architectures, such as NVR, NAS, IP-SAN, FC-SAN and etc. Unified configuration, maintenance and management of all equipments can be implemented by CM2600 video comprehensive management platform. It also has the function of user groups and user level management, video storage, VOD and distribution, as well matrix switching .
